When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that requests come from a real person; Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address for this purpose. We do not collect more than we need, and we never sell your data.
Payment processing
Online payments are processed by Paysera, a licensed payment institution (and, where enabled, by Stripe). When you pay, you are redirected to the payment provider's secure environment: your card or bank details are entered there and never touch or get stored on our servers. We store only a payment reference and the status of your payment so we can confirm your booking.
Cookies
This website uses only the technical cookies required for it to function, such as remembering your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
Booking data is kept for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
